Hi, I’m Chinelle.

I’m a Trinidad-born, Tampa-based birth photographer, nurse, doula, and creative who’s deeply passionate about documenting birth and motherhood in a way that feels honest, emotional, and real.

I’m also happily married (sorry fellas) and a homeschool mom to three awesome humans who keep life beautifully chaotic.

Creativity has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years I’ve built businesses as a photographer and brand designer, explored self portraiture heavily (some photographer friends lovingly dubbed me “the selfie queen”), and found myself constantly drawn back to storytelling in all forms.

Ironically, becoming a nurse only deepened my connection to birth work. It gave me an even greater appreciation for how powerful, vulnerable, and transformative these moments really are.

If I’m being honest, if I could spend the rest of my life only documenting births, I absolutely would.

There’s just something sacred about preserving the moments people are too busy living to fully see in real time.
