Great question. Ideally, someone you’ve already supported—a former client, friend, or collaborator who’s comfortable in front of a camera and aligns with your brand energy. Your model doesn’t have to be pregnant or postpartum (though that’s a plus); they just need to feel authentic in hands-on scenarios that reflect the work you do. I’ll send over a prep guide with tips for selecting the right person.
Yes! All final images come with commercial usage rights, which means you're free to use them on your website, social media, business cards, brochures, and any other marketing materials. The only thing you can’t do is resell the images or use them in a commercial product (like stock photo sites or merch). If you need print-sized versions, I’ve got you covered.
Absolutely. Every client gets a what-to-wear guide included, but if you want extra help, you can add a Styling Consultto your session. That includes personalized outfit advice, color suggestions based on your brand, prop recommendations, and a short consult (via voice memo or Zoom). I want you to feel confident and aligned with your visual vibe.
Nope! These sessions are open to anyone in the birth world—midwives, childbirth educators, lactation consultants, bodyworkers, postpartum specialists, placenta encapsulators, fertility coaches, and more. If your work supports people through birth, healing, or reproductive care, this offering is for you.
Yes! The beauty of brand photography is that it grows with you. Even if you’re not ready to build your site right now, having professional, aligned images means you’ll be ready when the time comes. You can always add a logo or site later as your business evolves.
At least 2–4 weeks in advance is best, especially if we’re using a Peerspace location. This gives us time to coordinate the model, prep wardrobe, and make sure the space matches your brand. For full brand packages, 4–6 weeks of lead time is ideal to stay on schedule.
Yes! For larger sessions (like “The Birth” package), payment plans are available. Typically, you’ll pay a 50% deposit up front and the balance before any final files are sent. Just let me know what you need, and we’ll work it out.
